To become a Framertemp user, you must be at least 13 years old. If you're registering for someone else, ensure you have their explicit permission. You're responsible for your account's activities.

Don't transfer your account to someone else or use it in way that may harm Framertemp, violate laws, or infringe on rights.

Content - Acceptable Use & Licensing

We value diverse content but expect compliance with our Community Guidelines. It is important to ensure that your content aligns with our Community Guidelines. Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of your account.

Your content includes but is not limited to, text, images, videos and links that you include on your Framertemp page. You should own or have rights to all content you include, not deceive or harm others and the content you include should not violate any laws.

We appreciate your content and seek your permission to use it. By posting content, you grant us the right to use, display and share it. This right is global, royalty-free and indefinite. You must have all necessary rights to your content. Remember your content is public and might be shared.

HubStore Plans & Fees

You can choose free or paid plans and cancel anytime. Your plan starts on acceptance and lasts until cancellation. To cancel, visit the billing page. Payments are usually non-refundable. Subscription fees may change, however notice will be given.

Account deletion is possible after plan cancellation. Be aware that deleted accounts cannot be reactivated or content retrieved.

Liability & Disclaimer

We are not responsible for your Platform use or content. You're responsible for content backups. Use of Framertemp and its content is at your discretion. Framertemp is provided "as is" without warranties, including availability, merchantability, and fitness.

We do not warrant: uninterrupted functionality, error correction or virus-free use; accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content.

Other HubStore Policies

As HubStore evolves, changes may occur. Material changes will be communicated however we encourage users to periodically review these Terms.

These Terms are the complete agreement and local laws may effect these Terms. Our complete agreement comprises these Terms and other Framertemp related policies. These Terms are governed by Australian law.
